Tastefully Yours Inc. does accept returns on a case by case manner. No embroidered/silk screen or customized can be return for credit after acceptance of the delivery. If there are any flaws or issues with merchandise purchased, the purchaser should contact us at 1-800-494-8679 to discuss the situation. Tastefully Yours Inc. works very hard to make sure orders are shipped correctly and on time. We value our customers and will try our best to make their shopping experience a good one.
